started formally in the year 1996. In the year 1994, the Dean of the School
of Business, Economics, and Communications came up with the idea of sharing
the scattered and rather limited computer resources the BEC had back then.
Ever since that time we started sharing the same labs/centers and setting
one big strategic plan.
